A REALTOR® can supply both buyers and sellers with valuable information needed to list or locate property. A REALTOR® can tap an even larger market, if necessary, through referrals, marketing techniques and a Multiple Listing Service. In addition, a REALTOR® can assist with financing and closing procedures.
REALTORS® are real estate professionals who belong to the
National Association of REALTORS® and subscribe to its strict Code of Ethics. Not all real estate brokers and agents are REALTORS®. To be sure you're working with one, look for the federally registered membership mark, REALTOR®. |
What is the Bay County Association of REALTORS®?
The purpose of an Association of REALTORS® is to provide its members with programs, products, and
services which enhance their ability to operate successfully in an ethical, professional and legal manner. Founded in 1925, The Bay County Association of REALTORS® serves the real estate professionals of Bay County, Florida.
The members of Bay County Association of REALTORS® are actively involved in the Florida Association of REALTORS® and several currently serve key positions in the District 9 Division. A Bay County member is the current District 9 Vice President and several other members serve as various committee chairmen. |
